Adani Solar, a subsidiary of the Adani Group and KSL Cleantech has collaborated to increase its market share in India’s eastern and northeastern renewable energy markets.

According to a corporate release, Adani Solar, the Adani Group’s solar manufacturing and EPC subsidiary, announced the beginning of its retail distribution business for India’s eastern and northeastern states on Tuesday, with KSL Cleantech Ltd serving as the official channel partner for the two regions.

According to the statement, Adani Solar has expanded its solar panel distribution network in India to more than 1,000 towns.

Adani Solar hopes to quickly penetrate and capitalize on India’s eastern and northeastern renewable energy industries through this agreement with KSL Cleantech.

This will be a step toward making the conversion to sustainable solar power solutions more affordable, which will help both residential and commercial customers in the two regions, according to the statement. The solar rooftop system is being promoted by state governments in the eastern and northeastern regions. Adani Solar off-grid panels would help consumers avoid power outages, while Adani Solar on-grid panels will help them save money on their electricity bills.

In the rooftop segment, Adani Solar sees a 130 MW possibility in the two regions. The rooftop, utility-scale, residential, commercial & industrial (C&I), and solar pump segments are the primary target clients. “We will be able to offer power facilities via solar panel distribution to customers at competitive rates for applications in the East and Northeast markets,” “With India’s growing economy and remarkable development, we will be able to offer power facilities via solar panel distribution to customers at competitive rates for applications in the East and Northeast markets.” KSL Cleantech, as an Adani Solar authorized channel partner, would be responsible for all solar retail needs in the region,” Adani Solar’s Chief Executive Officer, Ramesh Nair, stated in a release.

According to Nair, when it comes to retail, “Adani Solar would aim for a 50% market share. By expanding power consumption through alternate kinds of energy such as solar energy, we hope to expand our product’s reach and visibility across the country.” Adani Solar’s retail footprint has grown quickly across the country. The company has a significant presence in Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Delhi, Haryana, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Kerala, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, and Kerala through its retail channel partners.
