Job Description

A Project Sales Personnel in the solar industry is responsible for generating and managing sales for solar projects, developing client relationships, and ensuring the successful execution of sales strategies. This role involves extensive client interaction, market analysis, and strategic planning to maximize revenue and growth.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, MBA.
  • Proven experience in project sales, preferably in the solar industry or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of solar power systems and the renewable energy market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the solar energy products and solutions offered by the company, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and solar BOS material.
  • Develop pricing strategies and proposals that meet client needs and maximize profitability.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential clients, including commercial, industrial, and residential customers.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online research, and industry events.
