Adani Green Energy announced the commission of a 50 MW solar power plant in Chitrakoot.
Adani Solar Energy Chitrakoot One Limited has signed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) of 3.07 / KWh with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation. With this commission, AGEL’s total operational renewable capacity will increase to 3,520 MW.
As per the company, “The plant will be connected to its state-of-the-art energy network operation center (ENOC) that continuously monitors and analyses the performance of 80+ solar and wind plants across diverse locations in India. With this, AGEL has an operational solar generation capacity of over 3 GW.”
Mr. Vineet S. Jaain, MD & CEO of Adani Green Energy Limited, said, “The company was on its course to achieve the renewable capacity of 25 GW by 2025 to become the world’s largest renewable power company by 2030.
