RenewSys India, which is a big Indian solar panel manufacturer, has set up a solar photovoltaic module manufacturing line at Patalganga, Maharashtra. This new setup has a capacity of up to 2 GW, which will be developed in a phased manner. RenewSys is setting up this plant near Mumbai. This plant is located just 1.2 hours away from the JNPT port, which will help strengthen the company’s customer service capabilities by reducing the delivery time frame of solar modules.
The Global CEO and Managing Director of RenewSys India, Mr. Avinash Hiranandani said, “Our values have led us to capture the major markets for Conserv Encapsulants, Preserv Backsheets, Reserv PV Cells and Deserv PV Modules in India, Africa, Europe, UAE, and USA. We have also taken steps to get vocal for local and thus contribute to the nation’s Aatmanirbhar Bharat goal.”
