Founded in 1994, GEM Technologies is a Punjab based manufacturer of surface treatment chemicals for paint-based application, cold forming and coil coating. The organization prioritizes quality of products and safety in their operations, while striving to be environmentally conscious in all their efforts.
For their new chemical factory in Ludhiana, GEM Technologies turned to solar power to meet their energy needs. However, they wanted a sleek system that not only fulfilled their power demand, and helped reduced their carbon footprint, but also did not compromise on their design of the building.
Ornate Solar commissioned a Hybrid-Roof Integrated Project for GEM Technologies’ 2600 sq. ft. chemical manufacturing factory. The indigenously designed and developed InRoof system saves 1241 Kgs of metal and would generate 62.5 Mwh annually.
