A.  Manufacturing & Industrial Sector

APL Apollo, India’s largest steel tube manufacturer, partnered with Ornate Solar to power its new plant with sustainable energy. A 2 MW InRoof system was installed at a height of 14.4m (47ft), covering 72,000 sq. ft. The system will generate substantial clean power and eliminate over 30,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions over its operating period.

At their new manufacturing facility, ION Exchange, a pioneer in water and environmental solutions, chose Ornate’s advanced InRoof technology. A 550 kW InRoof solar system was commissioned across 33,000 sq.ft, producing 1,224 MWh of electricity per year and offsetting 18,946 tonnes of CO₂ over its lifetime.

To support its new manufacturing unit, Deepak Plastic Industries integrated a 152 kW InRoof system installed at a height of 20 ft. The setup is expected to generate around 250 MWh of clean energy every year, supporting sustainable operations in the healthcare manufacturing space

B. Ports & Infrastructure

Ornate Solar commissioned a 641 kW InRoof solar system at Nhava Sheva Port, India’s second-largest container port, managed by the Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust Authority. Installed over a 39,000 sq.ft area, the solution generates 1,100 MWh of clean energy annually, offsetting more than 23,000 tonnes of CO₂ emissions throughout its lifecycle.

C. Hospitality

For its luxury resort in Maharashtra, Treasure Island opted for a visually appealing and functional solar carport. Ornate Solar deployed a 148.24 kW InRoof system, delivering 216 MWh of green electricity annually while providing shade and shelter to parked vehicles and enhancing the resort’s eco-friendly appeal

D. EV Charging & Commercial
