Gensol Engineering Secured an Order Worth Rs 22.50 crore in December

In December, solar energy solutions provider Gensol Engineering received contracts worth Rs 22.50 crore to produce 10.7MWp grid-connected ground-mounted and rooftop solar power generating systems. According to a corporate announcement, “Gensol Engineering Limited Secures Purchase Orders to Develop Grid-Connected Ground-mount and Rooftop Solar Power Generation Systems Cumulating to 10.7 MWp.” According to the statement, Gensol Engineering Ltd received purchase orders from its clients in December 2021 in the normal course of business for the development of solar power projects totaling roughly 10.7 MWp in Gujarat, Karnataka, and Madhya Pradesh. It stated that the total cost of these initiatives, excluding taxes, is over Rs 22.50 crore.

While the majority of the projects are for the clients’ exclusive use, one is for third-party sale in Gujarat.

All of these projects are expected to be completed by March 31, 2022, and will generate total revenue of about Rs 22.50 crore, excluding taxes. Following the completion of these projects, the cumulative order book stands at more than Rs 131 crore as of December 29, 2021. Gensol Engineering was founded in 2012 as part of the Gensol group of companies, which provides EPC and solar consultation services. Technical due diligence, comprehensive engineering, quality control, construction monitoring, and other consulting services for solar projects are provided by the organization in a number of countries, including India.
